The community features a three-story, south-facing entrance lobby wrapped with porches, balconies, and sun-shading elements, and topped with a vegetative roof. Internally, community activity spaces dedicated to fitness, arts & crafts, billiards, and computers open onto the lobby. A living green wall extends vertically through the space.
This building is now the center of senior activity in the city of Elkton, and a shining example of Donovan Architects’ commitment to fostering community through thoughtful design.
