Carriage Works, Willow Run, and Reliance Crossing all recently received awards for Overall Excellence at the 2021 Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s (PAA) Best of Apartment Living Awards!
Donovan Architects designed these three unique communities, which won Silver, Gold, and Platinum awards. These communities were recognized for Overall Excellence in Apartment Living. Carriage Works is an 80-unit factory conversion with mixed-income rentals, located in York County PA, which won Platinum. Willow Run is a 72-unit mixed-income community, located in Lancaster County PA, which won Gold. The Willows at Reliance Crossing is a 56-unit community with low-to-moderate income affordable rentals, located in Montgomery County PA, and won Silver. All won within Overall Excellence for Under 150-Units, recognizing all facets from curb appeal and unit condition, to maintenance and leasing performance. The community’s reputation with residents and the surrounding community was also taken into consideration.
The PAA is a non-profit trade organization representing multifamily housing owners, managers, and developers across Pennsylvania. Their mission is to serve the multifamily housing industry; providing educational programs for community managers and employees, and to disseminate necessary information for its members to continuously be informed about issues critical to the industry. Once a year the organization celebrates the best of the best in the industry throughout the entire state at the Best of Pennsylvania Apartment Living annual awards celebration.
