The Willows at Symphony Hall is a new 60 unit affordable rental community, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments. Symphony Hall features a full host of amenities including fully-equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, large closets, instant hot water, plank flooring, balconies and energy efficient appliances and finishes. The community will cater to artists with designated artist spaces throughout, as well as a fitness center, playground, furnished sundecks, on-site management and off- street parking. This low-to-moderate income housing community will also offer accessible rentals. Symphony Hall is convenient to major highways, public transportation, local arts centers, theaters and green spaces as well as area shopping and dining.
