VIEW 22 is located in Clinton, New Jersey. The project consists of a U-shaped, 4-story residential building with on-site surface parking. This mixed-use development consists of approximately 6,005 s.f. of retail space, 495 s.f. of office space and 120 multi-family residential units, with several set aside for affordable housing. The apartment units inlclude 65 one bedroom units, 50 two bedroom units, and 5 three bedroom units.
Retail space (6,005 s.f.) and office space (495 s.f.) are located toward the front of the building on the first floor; with the apartments located above. The first floor also contains common and amenity space for resident use. This includes outdoor patio areas, and various community amenities incorporated into the building for use by residents. A pool area is located interior to the “U” shape of the building. A bike and recreational storage area is provided. Site parking will is located convenient to the building. Additional site design elements include stormwater management, landscaping, and site signage.
