Last week marked the grand opening of View 22 in Clinton, NJ!
Mayor Janice Kovach and Town of Clinton officials joined our construction and development teams to celebrate the grand opening of a new mixed-use community with both apartment rentals and retail space, located at the former A&P site located on Old Route-22 in the Town of Clinton, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
The 120-unit community offers a large variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, with high ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, LED lighting, washers and dryers, private outdoor space, and premium finishes with energy efficient and smart home technology throughout.
The community amenities include a resident clubhouse with lounge and entertaining space, fitness center, yoga studio, pet wash room, a bark park, and an outdoor courtyard featuring a pool, furnished patio, bbq grills and game tables.
