The Willows at Landisville was awarded first place in ‘Overall Excellence’ by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s (PAA) at the 2023 Keystone Awards!
Every year the PAA showcases the ‘best of the best’ in multifamily living throughout the state of Pennsylvania and this year they recognized Donovan Architects mixed-income housing community in Lancaster County for Overall Excellence in Apartment Living.
Completed in 2018, The Willows at Landisville is a 60-unit rental community located in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across five residential low-rise buildings in a variety of income restricted tiers, as well as market rate.
Additionally, the building meets Passive House design standards, which allows residents to maximize their efficiency and keep costs low. Other features include a community building with resident lounge, fitness center, supportive service and management offices. There is also a playground, off-street parking, and walking trails connecting to a nearby park as well as ample green space for resident activities.
