This new development includes the construction of 75 new affordable senior apartments. The site is located on Old York Road in the Township of Branchburg, Somerset County, New Jersey. The 55+ age restricted community will be equipped with community spaces, as well as apartments with spacious, open-concept layouts. The development includes a Phase II building containing more units, and Phase II construction is not far behind Phase I.
