Donovan Architects designed a mixed- use community comprised of apartments, a senior center operated by Respond Inc., and a raised-bed community garden. The grand two-story lobby connects pedestrian and parking entrances. Additional design features include private balconies and common roof decks that frame views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and Philadelphia skyline, and Enterprise Green Communities certification.
