The infill apartment community at RELIANCE CROSSING was designed to match the prevalent architectural style in Souderton, and to fit into the existing vernacular style of the region.

This community of townhomes-over-flats is comprised of 56-units. The residential buildings are defined by distinctive mansard roofs, which were utilized as a means to take advantage of improved setback requirements for the site. A series of front porches lend the community a traditional neighborhood appearance. The Community Building, located at a prominent corner of the site, provides services to residents including laundry and a gathering space. The Community Building, along with a central pocket park, highlight the community-focused design.
