The Willows at Whitehouse Station is located in Readington, New Jersey and was completed by Donovan Architects in 2020. The architecture embraces vernacular elements of nearby historical homes in the area. It provides residential density and a pedestrian-friendly scale. The two-story townhouse style apartment buildings feature individual private entrances at ground level.
The Willows at Whitehouse Station is a 72-unit affordable rental community on Nelson Street off Route 523 in Whitehouse Station. This community is one of the township’s first affordable housing developments. The community has one, two and three-bedroom family apartments in six buildings. The apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, washers and dryers in each unit, and patios/balconies. In addition to 72 apartments, the community features a 1,915 SF community building, community lounge, fitness center, on-site management and a playground.
