GALA is the result of a collaboration between a number of parties, including the Mt. Airy Baptist Church. This project engages the street corner, provides active and positive community activity, and accommodates the significant grade change with multi-level, multi- access design.

An apartment community of senior affordable apartments, CORNERSTONE AT SEASIDE HEIGHTS is situated at a visually and geographically significant location (on axis with the Route 37 Causeway – Little League World Champions Boulevard), making this stunning building an entry-marker to the barrier island.
